Spring 2012 Preview: Mini Boden

January might be my least favorite month. The cold and the dark....ugh. But at least there is the promise of Spring two months (OK, nearly three) away. And a peek at the new Spring clothing for kids. Boys' Zip-Off Cargos ($46, sizes 1/2-2yrs to 14 years, multiple colors/patterns). S. had these two years ago and got so much use out of them. Wear them long in Spring and then zip the bottoms off for hotter summer weather. I've always loved Mini Boden's camo patterns too--the blue-and-yellow combo is perfect for Spring.


Girls' Printed Swimsuit ($28, sizes 1 1/2-2 years to 13/14 years, multiple colors/patterns). R. wore this swimsuit all the time at camp last summer. It's well-made, brightly-colored, and provides excellent one-piece coverage if your 'tween girl (or you) prefers modest swimwear (no string bikinis for my 8 1/2 year old, thank you very much).

Twin Pack Rompers ($28, 0-3mos to 18-24mos, shown in Ballet Elephants) and Jersey Play Set ($38, sizes 0-3mos to 18-24mos, shown in Washed Navy/Whale). Can you stand the cuteness? I'm keeping these in mind for baby gifts this Spring.
