In the spirit of today's holiday, here are some photos I took when the kids and I stopped by Eleni's, a renowned nut-free New York City bakery, this past Sunday. The shop was in full Valentine's Day splendor. Proudly, I did not buy anything, and I only ate one sample bite of a cookie. Though the steep prices were also a deterrent. These delicacies look delicious, but they sure are expensive, too:

ReplyDeleteNina- you MUST visit Eleni's- you will love it. It's in Chelsea Market where there are other amazing food stores to visit too- Ruthy's Bakery, Amy's Bread, etc. Mmm.
