Chasing Fireflies Halloween Costumes

I've noticed lots of people arriving at this blog via Google searches for Chasing Fireflies Halloween Costumes (and for coupon codes for the same). Unfortunately, Chasing Fireflies rarely offers coupon codes, so you will likely pay full price for this year's new costumes. But...check out the site's sale page too. There are some great costumes on sale from last year's collection, such as these two for infants:

Pink Baby Blossom Costume (on sale for $29.99; originally $39.99; size 12-24 months remaining)

Stripes the Tiger Costume (on sale for $29.99; originally $48; sizes 6mos and 12 mos remaining)

As for the newer, full-price costumes, well, if you've seen the Chasing Fireflies catalog you know that some of them are a real splurge. But they are gorgeous. These are some of my faves:

Cha Cha Dancer Costume ($68)

Giant Cyclops Costume ($78)

40s Sailor Girl Costume ($39.99)

Baby Shark Costume ($39)

Have any of you ordered costumes from Chasing Fireflies already? Which ones did you choose?

  1. Chasing Fireflies has the BEST costumes. That being said they are uber pricey. Here's my tip to try and save money. When you see a costume you like on Chasing Fireflies click on your browers "VIEW SOURCE" button and you will bring up the source code for the page. In the metatags it will say who the designer of the costume is. You can then search for that costume off site. This worked for me for one of two of the costumes I bought this year. I bought the big bad wolf and little red riding hood. Red Riding Hood I was able to purchase for $54 from Drugstore.com with free shipping, but I was unable to locate the Big Bad Wolf from anywhere else so bought it directly from CF. Hope that helps!
