Spread the Word to End the Word

I'm a bit late posting this, but last Wednesday was Spread The Word To End The Word Day, encouraging people to stop using the word "retard." My friend Ellen, author of the special needs parenting blog Love That Max, made this powerful and moving video to help the cause.
