My holiday cards have arrived and they are fantastic. I went off the beaten path this year and decided to order them on Etsy.com, the mecca of all things handmade, so that I could work personally with a designer to create just what I wanted. I chose Less Ordinary Designs, where designer/mom Sara helped me design my perfect card (I get a little picky about fonts, layouts, etc. so this was no small feat). Sara was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her. I especially like the damask and toile patterns she often uses. I'm not going to post my finished product here since I haven't mailed them out yet (yes, I'm one of those people who mails them in early December...don't hate me!). But here are some of Sara's other winning designs. Visit Less Ordinary Designs to create your own (she has a great deal where she will print 100 cards for you on high quality cardstock for just $70, envelopes included).

I found her shop a few weeks ago, too, and emailed her then to tell her I'd be ordering from her, too! We are taking the picture over T-giving weekend, so I can't wait to see how they turn out. I have been telling everyone about her shop, too, because I just love her style!
